2 person special $150 per night 2 night min.

2 night nt. min. $199 per night for 4 guest and $15.00 per night for additional guest

($100 cleaning fee if less than 3 nights)

Winter weekly rate for 2 people $799 (6 nt. 7 days)

Winter weekly rate $1050 a week (6 nt. 7 days) 4 guest rate

Seasonal rates may not apply over the holidays or special event weekends.

Cabin Rates:
Cabin 1: FULL SIZE TOP BOTTOM BUNK BED AND A PULL OUT TWIN (sleeps 5)     $149 per night

$895 weekly rate 7 nights

Cabins 2 3 and 4: QUEEN BED sleeps up to 2 adults (cots added for children at no extra charge)     $109 per night

$675 weekly rate 7 nights

The Cottage: 2 bedroom 2 bath with washer, dryer and full kitchen. Sleeps 6 to 8 people (4 adults and kids under 17 free). $15 for each additional adult. $219 per night (3 night minimum).

One night stays will be considered at a great rate
Cots available free of charge for children

Pets: $15 per night per pet up to two pet limit ($50 deposit) each pet owner is responsible for cleaning up behind their pet or deposit will be kept

NEW MATTRESSES, BEDDING AND LINENS IN EACH CABIN

Reservations: can be made by phone or email. Deposit required at time of reservation. We accept check, M.O., credit/debit, or paypal

Booking Policy for 2011: 50% down at time of booking and 100% for a one night booking. If canceled prior to 30 days before reservation date it will be refunded except for one night non refundable rate for each unit reserved. If canceled less than 30 days prior to reservation it will be refunded if cottage or cabin is rented for the whole reservation time minus one night non refundable rate for each unit reserved. Credit cards will be kept on file for excessive cleaning over the normal and damage. Guest will be charged for these if it occurs.
